Branded employee gifts

The test for an employee gift is simple: is it still in use in six months? That rules out most of what gets ordered. These are the products our customers reorder for onboarding, anniversaries and all-hands — chosen because people actually keep them.

What matters when you're buying this

Buy for daily use, not for the unboxing

An insulated tumbler or a decent bag gets used every day and carries your logo with it. A branded stress ball gets used once. Spend the same money on fewer, better items and the gift keeps working long after the welcome email.

Order for the year, not the hire

Setup fees are charged once per design, so ordering a year of onboarding kits in one go costs materially less per person than ordering monthly. Store the surplus and pull from it as people join.

Sizing is where apparel goes wrong

For tees and hoodies, order your total quantity and send us the size breakdown as a note. Ask new hires their size in the offer paperwork rather than guessing from a spreadsheet.

One logo, everything matching

Upload your logo once and use it across the whole kit. Our art team sends a proof of each item before anything is printed, so a mug and a hoodie end up with the same mark rather than two interpretations of it.

Questions we get asked

What goes in a good new-hire welcome kit?

Three or four items that get used: a tumbler or bottle, a bag or notebook, one apparel item, and something small and useful like a cable organiser. Our curated packs are built to this shape, or you can build your own.

Can you ship kits directly to remote employees?

Yes. Send us the address list and we will pack and post individually. Get in touch before ordering so we can quote the drop-shipping properly.

How far ahead should we order for a start date?

Allow about two weeks: 7 to 12 business days of production after you approve the proof, plus 2 to 5 days in transit. Each product page states its own production time.
